NO WILL?

Your Children

Have you thought what their future might hold if you were no longer around?

Who would look after your child?

Without appointed Guardians, even if they have Godparent's they could end up in foster Care. A Judge will decide who takes care of them. Don't leave their future to chance. Act now.

Your Family Home

Don't risk losing your family home to pay for Care in old age as a result of the Community Care Act 1990. A staggering 200 homes per week are lost to pay for Care in old age.

Don't leave it to chance. Act now.

Are You Married?

If you are, don't assume that your spouse will get everything. Brothers, sisters, and parents may have a claim. Protect your loved ones. Act now.

Are You Living As A Couple?

If you are living as a couple - but not officially married, you may be treated as a single person and your surviving partner may get nothing at all from your estate. Protect your partner. Act now.

Benefits of Writing a Will

Very simply, having a Will enables you to control and protect your assets, ensuring they are available for the benefit of the ones you love long after you are gone.

If you die without a Will (dying Intestate) your assets will pass via the Rules of Intestacy set out by the Government which may see your family being forced to sell their home to meet them.
In addition they may struggle financially for months if not years until the estate is finalised - something you would never want them to go through, and if you haven't nominated Guardians, your children's future will be decided by the State.

A 2007 report by the National Consumer Council has suggested that the people who need a Will most are the least likely to have one in place. Almost 3 out of every 4 people do not have a Will which can have tragic affects on the people you leave behind. We believe that everybody needs a Will, and unmarried couples living as partners are particularly vulnerable. If they don't have a Will, their partners are entitled to NOTHING if they die.

Having a will ensures that the right money will be in the right hands, at the right time.

The overall cost for comparison is 5.0% APR The actual rate available will depend on your circumstances. Ask for an illustration. The APR is variable and based on a usual case. A fee will be payable depending on your circumstances. An indication of the fee is 1% of the amount borrowed. Typically a fee of £399.00 will be charged. An early repayment fee maybe payable depending on the mortgage you choose. Adding existing debts to your mortgage will both extend the repayment term and increase the overall cost of the debt. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home maybe repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage.
